Offering english bulldog puppies for sale. Claims to be a veterinarian. Offering a lower price if you are a non breeder. The puppy was to be a gift for my mother who is an english bulldog enthusiast. Paid through zip zap through western union. Upon payment he stated that he would ship her using www.zippetfreight.com (zip pet freight) We were asked to provide insurance for her transportation which was another 473.00. Following that payment we are now unable to contact him or zip pet freight. His phone is (701)213-4476. Zip pet freights number is (701)347-1272.
