Ordered a handbag, wallet and pair of sunglasses from what I thought was an official Coach website, only to find out when I received the package in the mail that all three items were not official Coach products but were very poor replicas. I began seeking a full refund from company. Found out that a third party company intercedes to resolve complaints. With a 48 hour delay, they wanted to "repair any problems" at which I refused and demanded a full refund and a return address to send the fakes back to. Have not heard anything else since.
