I ordered a belt buckle from ALKsense inc. back in November for a christmas present. It was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days, but it's been nearly three weeks now. I tried contacting the company through email and phone (516)-993-0978, and haven't heard anything back. I would say it's as if this company doesn't exist,, but they did take my money.
