I purchased Cyberlink Director 10 through them earlier this year. After a couple months of use, the software stopped working, stating my license had expired and/or I had pirated software. Cyberlink refused to help me, but that apparently is their method of operation with their "pay us to call us" methodology (another story there) and when I asked asknet for help they said it was purchased too long ago to help, after they assured me they would help and that it was not pirated software. Well, obviously it seems this was pirated software, intended to stop working after you have creatd a few files. This company is a scam and sells pirated software.
