I do not even shop at Target. There is not a Target store anywhere close to me. So, when I got this text message, I knew it was (Inappropriate Content Removed)! Who does this right before Christmas? How did these scam artists even get my cell phone number? This is plain mean and I think that if Target is not behind this, then they need to post something on their website letting all of these "OMG, I never win anything" people know that they again have not won anything at all!
