I went to Google and found http://www.officialseahawksfanshop.com. I ordered a Marshawn Lynch Jersey for my husband for Christmas. I submitted my payment online through the website and it came back, payment failed and redirected me to Pay Pal.

I paid via PayPal and a couple days later PayPal notified me that they were reversing my payment due to a double payment.

I checked my credit card and saw that they reversed their charge of $71.98, but a new charge from SZ OPENER TECHNOLOGY C appeared for $76.78 and I also have a $2.30 International Fee from my bank to go along with it.

I had not received any confirmation or notification from this company, so I am not sure how they got my payment information, unless it was provided to them by PayPal. I did take a screen shot of my payment failed screen I got from my first payment.


Today I received my package and it is not a Seahawks Jersey, it's a NY Giants Jersey. I spent a bunch of time this morning trying to find contact and return information on their website, but was only able to find a way to e-mail them. I created an account, submitted an e-mail complaint telling them it wasn't what I ordered and asking for instructions on how to return it.

The website has no customer service number to dial. The package only has a packing/shipping label, not even an invoice. The number listed on that is for China.

I went to FedEx to see if I could ship it back and they pointed out to me that the place who sent it to me did not include their own address, so I have no address information to send the jersey back to the company who shipped it. In addition, they said it would cost me over $200.00 to ship back via FedEx.
