I ordered a Mophie case for the iPhone. Funds were withdrawn from my account on 12/3. Never received any confirmation that the item has shipped. Tried to look it up on their site, and it says the order is "in process". Called their phone number and got an answering machine that sounds like it's run out of a guy's basement, not a legit business! Contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Wish I'd seen all these bad reviews first. The BBB should take these guys down.
