I noticed an odd withdraw from my bank of $29.95 and called the number. Customer service agent "Jeff" answered and I explained the situation. He informed me that there had been several complaints about the website sending in the loan applications, even though the apply button had not been pressed. He assured me that a refund would be returned to my bank in the next 5 to 7 business days.He also gave me a confirmation number.
With all the complaints I see here, it might be a long wait. Just depends on if the people have followed up on their reports.....
