I was contacted by a Eric Anderson to help me with a foreclosure problem. I was instructed to pay $1500.00 in three payments to a Wells Fargo Account. He said the $1500.00 was for a fee not covered by the HOPE program-Making your home affordable. I have tried to reach Eric since I was told my loan modification would be in place by 11/01/2012 and it is not. I Just received another letter from the Bank of America indicating I am still in Foreclosure.
