I obtained details about the e-currency exchanger from bestchange.com and subsequently bought Liberty Reserve USD from them and paid via Western Union Money Transfer. When I couldn't get any feed back I contacted the admin of both the sites but no feedback, On 11th December 2012 the domain privatechange.com was no longer available.
Beware of the E-currency exchange business because all are scams.
