Go to the BBB in Salt Lake City UT and file an complaint there- On mine they have until 12-24 to answer

- Hi Penny. Hope your holidays were great and you will have a good new year. I had BBB of Utah do some more digging into this company and they found that they were a scam operation. Look like we will not be get any money back. Don't know if you are aware of this, but just want to keep you up to date on your request to get your money back.
