They took money from my bank account and when i made a complaint with them they told me that your account was made etc etc. And when i asked them for refund they just said to me that you have to ask for help from police and get a crime reference number from them then he would start investigating this matter. I told them that i am an international student and i can't do that as this might effect on my crime record or ccj and i will explain them the whole situation but they didn't listent to me and were just saying that get crime reference number. And that's quite annoying, like you take money from one's person account and then ask them to go to police and then they will investigate and after that they will issue refund and in other words don't give me my money back.
