Bought Derma Juvenate trial £4.99 as advertised. Like the product but without notification two weeks later they charged £89.91 twice to my credit card. Who are these people and how can they get away with this scam? I am now calling trading standards, my credit card company have blocked further charges but cannot refund my money. Have called DermaJunvenate several times but they keep telling me their 'systems are down at present' and I should try again tomorrow.
