I had problems on 5th June as I was unable to connect wirelessly. With the assistance f the BT Helpdesk I got it up and running but then could not download a Microsoft update. The very next morning got a call from "Microsoft" saying they had detected a corruption to my pc so I thought this was genuine. After long discussions I foolishly gave them remote access and mad a debit card paymen of thhe above amount which does not appear to have hit my bank yet.
I became worried overnight as to what I had done and I am rold by our IT depatrtment at work that it is most likely a scam. Now I am just waiting to see what happens
