I ordered some jimmy choo shoes from shoesalesus.com in August this year. Surprise surprise their credit card online payment wasn't working so i received an email from Lisa at shoessales to invite me to pay by western union directly into Mr Kung Fu or whatever his name was and i would receive an extra discount for my inconvenience. She sent me emails of other customers who had done this and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. I did the stupidest thing and paid the money.. There was a delay before i got any acknowledgement from Lisa at shoessales, she reassured me that they had picked up my payment and that my shoes were ready to be shipped... Weeks went by and i heard nothing so i emailed them and was advised that they had been shipped and to wait for a shipment reference.. Weeks again and nothing, emailed again n received a shipment reference in chinese, emailed again for explanation was advised it was in transit... Many of my emails in between had been ignored, and most of my replies came a few days later.... I was very very annoyed i asked for my money back but never ever would she agree to refund me.. She or it, whatever was replying to me kept fobbing me off... In the end they went so far as telling me that someone had tried delivering my shoes but because i wasnt in, they'd been returned to depot at heathrow.... Then after weeks of investigating i was advised by shoesales that the shoes had been returned to hong kong and it was my fault because i wasnt home and if i wanted them to reship them then i would have to pay them £50GBP for shipment charges! I was livid at this point and demanded my money back but my emails have been ignored ever since... Please please people do NOT buy from that website ever... Its a con. They have taken my money and i cant do anything about it....
