I order a nikkon camera on cyber Monday ( 11/26. After 2 weeks of not hearing nothing, I received a phone call in the evening saying the one I ordered had sold out, well, if they would of gotten to it when I ordered 2 weeks ago, they would not have been sold out. Anyway, he said they had a black one available immediately for shipment, I said yes, go ahead a ship it. It's now been a week since that phone call, 3 weeks in total since I started this and I have NOTHING!! Been trying to call all morning and no one answers!! They truely need to be shut down!!

Update: 12/14/2012

I did receive my order! Shipping was just very slow and the customer service could be improved. Over all though, I was NOT SCAMMED, phew!!

  • I do not need a refund as I received everything I ordered from this company! The shipping was just extremely SLOW and the customer service could improve but overall, I did get my products so all is good with me!! Now, if there is a way to delete this complaint, that would be good!!
