I bought a dslr camera and a lens at this site and they said within 4-6 days I will receive the item which still hasn't arrived. They are now demanding more money telling me to pay a tariff as customs are asking for it. Even the EMS tracking number they provided was a fake one.
All they think of when I message them about my items is the demand for me to pay the tariff to customs which I believe doesn't work that way. Because they said free delivery and I wouldn't get charged anymore and they never mentioned about tariff when I had the conversation with them. Also they went on about it being a new law in the Chinese government and when I insisted on them telling me what the laws are, they couldn't explain at all and kept demanding for more money. Help please.
