I was contacted several times by David and told that I qualified for a loan of $8000 and needed to get a green dot card and not to share the information with anyone. After doing so, I had to pay $620.00 for it. He then gave me the code and when I tried to use it, I got a hysterical call stating that there was a fraud alert on my checking account and they froze my loan and my money.
He called me a couple of days later and said that that had been a fraud and GE Bank would never allow that and that he was sorry and if I purchased a WalMart Visa card and loaded it, he would give me the pin number and put the loan on it. What he did was to take the money off from it and when I put it in the ATM, he came back NSF. When I confronted him, he called me a (Inappropriate Content Removed)
