ref shares of centurian and Life settlement plan. sold in 2009 with promised to increease 7 % and capital guarantuee. not only did i not get the 7 % i did lose capital as well. in dec 2011 sold 350000 euros of shares with a loss beut i needed the cash and was promised to receive the funds 2 weeks later. they never arrived no explanation nor an appology was ever given. I lost alsp 5000 euros on a deposit of a property wherefor i was paying the remaining 35.000 euros on jan 6th as per contract in order to get a mortgage..I lost the deposit but also the fantastic purchase deal of the apartment. the financial adviser DEVERE did as good as nothing to help me sort out this situation.. I will need an international lawyer specialised in financial FRAUD not scared to fight against strong financial companies.. !! as this is a disgrace and they think they got away with it !!
