A person called from "US Financial Resources"(THE PERSON DID NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH AT ALL!!),and said they could see that I had applied for a grant, which I had.
Then they ask for my card number so they could send me a conformation number. They said they would be taking $3.87 out of my account, and that they would send me an e-mail with all they information. After being put on hold several times, and talking to several different people(WHICH DID NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH EITHER!) They also told me I could log onto their website using my e-mail as a username and my zip code as my password.
I checked my e-mail and had not received anything, so I went to the website but could not log in.
I checked my bank status 10 minutes later and they had already withdrew $13.82 out of my account!
