DOWN LOADED COMPUTER REPAIR PROGRAM TO REPAIR ERRORS ON MY COMPUTER. AFTER DOWN LOADING IT AND TRYING TO FIX THE REPAIRS I FOUND THE PROGRAM DIDN'T FIX IT. WHEN I ORDERED IT IT STAY I HAD 30 DAYS TO GET REFUND. WHEN I GO BACK INTO THE PROGRAM OR CHECK ONLINE FOR A PHONE NUMBER I CAN'T FINE ANYTHING, WHEN I CHECKED TO STOP PAYMENT IT WAS ALREADY TAKEN FROM CHECKING ACCOUNT.IS THERE ANY HEPL FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?
