Oct 2012 I met Charles Talbert, He came to my house in a 2 seater black BMW. He stole some items from My house that He returned but not My money. Charles Talbert took me to a car dealer with the promise He was going to buy me a car. He needed $850 for an early withdrawal so He could Pay cash for the car. We test drove the car and everything. The Car dealer wanted to deliver the car the next day...But Charles did not send the money. Charles Talbert took my money for a car I didn't get! Charles Talbert email: (Personal Information Removed) Cell Phone # (Personal Information Removed). As We drove around He needed this and that to pay His staff, clothes for 2 boys He mentored, The next day He called and said His Bank Okay-ed Him for $41,000 and He needed to get another early withdrawal and needed more money.I have cashier's recites.
