i just filled up a form then called me back instantly without me having to check if they were legit a stupid decision of mine i gave out my card details to pay for the fee. explained to me everything. blah blah then

Please note that Canadian Visa expert have stated that they will give me a refund. Out of US991.00...I will be refunded US421.00 in 2 payments. I have accepted and it says alot that they are going to refund <something< back to me.
When I have received the refund, I will confirm and end this issue. I appreciate the refund and maybe, you can try contacting them and explaining your situation. Maybe they aren't all that bad. -

I dont understand you, you started giving them your info online, they called you, you told them that you were interested in getting a canadian visa with their help, they told you how much they charged for their services, you gave them your credit card information in order to make a payment for their services, it was processed and approved, you got an invoice for the payment and the services, everything was fine.
the next day you went on google and saw some bad reviews about them and thats it? you say striaght away they are a scam and you want your money back...
even if you google facebook it has bad reviews, even bmw has bad ones too, even Apple has people that have bad reviews about them, all companies around the world have good reviews and bad ones too, it does not mean that they are scams or bad... maybe some people misunderstood them, maybe some people think that they are the gov, maybe some people think they are getting a visa from them> get your facts right. and stop spreading bad news about companies that at the end of the day do their best in order for people from around the world to immigrate and get better lives. -
