i booked a dj from diamond club djs for my wedding reception through sean. paid in full $350.00 months before hand then could not contact him. on the morning of my wedding i recieved an email from sean saying that everything was noted and ready to go....but no dj turned up, lucky i was worried when i couldnt contact him and the venue arranged a back up dj for me in a hurry from another company. i emailed sean venting my anger and told him i wanted a refund on what i had paid him and i recieved an email back saying that he is overseas with a family emergency and my dj for the night was supposed to call me to say he wasnt coming as his dad had died on my wedding day ...apparently. its been 3 weeks now and i have not heard from sean again and i have not recieved any indication that i will acctually recieve the refund. i will be taking this further and getting every penny back! please do not make the same mistake and book diamond club for any important function you may have as they dont show up even when they are paid for!
