KEVIN LATHAM PURCHASED A ROOM AT THE MONTE CARLO RESORT AND CASINO THROUGH TRIPRES.COM IN THE AMOUNT OF $507.18. UPON CHECKING IN AT THE MONTE CARLO WE WERE INFORMED THAT WE DID NOT HAVE A ROOM. AT THIS TIME WE HAD TO PAY $293.25 MORE DOLLARS TO STAY AT THE HOTEL WE ALREADY PURCHASED. WE BELIEVE NOT ONLY SHOULD WE BE REPAID FOR THE $507.18 WE ORIGINALLY PAID BUT ALSO FOR THE CHARGES OF OUR STAY AT THE MONTE CARLO.
