I have seen similar complaints about this company. I feel that their business is legitimate, yet I was offered a job with this company, I completed my task yesterday 12/4/12 now and now I'm not able to log back in to my account 12/5/12. I have sent numerous emails and not one person is responding back to my emails. I would like to know if this company will be paying me for completing my task, and if I am further employed by them.

Update: 12/05/2012

I am also expected to be paid 2417.33 On 12/07/12 as my promised monthly salary. I have the original documents for my first task. I also have emails showing Summex Inc personnel have not yet responded.

  • Seeking Resolution: Other
  • I just want to be able to log in to my account or someone to respond to my email as well as be paid for the services I have completed. I would still like to be employed by this company as I do like the job I have completed. I have no idea why this technical issue has happened.

  • Hi, I'm the owner of Summex Technologies LLC, located at 275 Hillside Ave, Williston Park, NY.

We are not affiliated Summexus Inc. Despite our best efforts we are not able to reach them. They are using our name Summex and our address soliciting job offers to several people. As far as II can tell they are running a scam.

There is no company called Summexus Inc in Williston Park and their website is registered out of Pakistan. I suggest you stay away from them.

  • As Yilmaz has kindly stated unless these people at summexus inc wish to speak to you there is no getting a hold of them... Actually I contacted the help desk mistakenly for Summex technologies LLC and should have realized it was the wrong company because this kind gentleman actually responded. As for the other summex I found this info about them on the web:

You won't find anything bad about Summexus on the web. That's because the site is only two weeks old! You can check that out by going to domaintools.com and posting the website into the search box. Then you can see the WHOIS information telling you when the site was created -- October 29, 2012.

The younger the site, the higher the likelihood of scam. Scam sites don't generally get old because once reports start coming out, someone will usually alert the server who will take it down for their illegal activity.

So if this business is 2 weeks old (even though they claim years of experience!) and cold-calling folks, that's a really bad sign.

The company registrant claims to be in California. The company address is a virtual adddress in New York. The website IP traces to England. Where is it really? You'll never be able to find out, so this is another sign of a likely scam.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they might be in either California, New York or the UK, I have checked to see if they are registered lawfully with the Secretary of State in either state or with the British Government. It is not.

It is not listed on the California Secretary of STate's corporate registry, where a CA business should be. They are not listed with the NY Secretary of State either. They are not listed with Companies House, in the UK, which is the government agency that keeps the registration information and the corporate findings for ALL UK businesses.

  • Another update... I was never paid 2417.33 I was owed for services on 12/7/12. In fact I noticed that the summex company personal who deposited money into my account to to do a job tried to write themselves a check out of my account- thank god it did not go through and my bank understood and helped me to close the account right away and enroll me in identity protection. How sad that people have to scheme like this!!!!
