After moving into my new flat in July 2011, I solicited British Telecom (BT) services for Line line installations and telephone services.BT
added Broad band services and other BT services which I immediately rejected to subscribe. After contacting BT they sent me self address envelope to return the unwanted equipment which I did.
BT by then had sent series of automated bills to my address and after many unsuccessful attempt on my part for BT to rectify the error they went ahead and passed my details to a debt collecting company called SRJ.This company had virtually made my life hell. when I speak to BT the only answer I get is my case is now with a third party and they cannot help me.SRJ does not believe my side of story and the cycle of making my life hell continues
