THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY A/C IN SEPTEMBER.
I HAVE HAD 3 VIRTUAL CHATS WITH THEIR 'SUPPORT' LINE AND THE MONEY WAS PROMISED TO BE REFUNDED 3 TIMES!
I VISITED MY BANK YESTERDAY AND THEY REFUNDED HALF OF THE MONEY AND THEN IMMEDIATLY TOOK IT OUT AGAIN!
I AM SHAKING WITH ANGER AND JUST WISH THAT I HAD FOLLOWED MY BANK'S ADVICE AND INVOLVED THE FRAUD DEPT.
I AM GOING TO DO THAT NOW
