HAVING PAID £140.00 FOR MIZULEAN AND PURA CLEANSE I HAVE TRIED TO RING AND CANCEL IT BUT I JUST GET THROUGH TO CO OP BANK???
WHAT CAN I DO TO TRY AND GET MY 'MEMBERSHIP' STOPPED AND STOP THIS COMPANY FROM TAKING MORE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

- Hi, to all those who have been scammed by this company here are a few tips to help you. Firstly contact your bank or credit card acct and place a stop on all future payment attempts. Make sure that you tell them to stop Mizulean and Puraclens otherwise they will continue to pay on 1 or the other. Next contact Trading Standards or equivalent depending where you live, they must be told so that an investigation can be made of this 'company'. Next contact TNT Post, they will probably ask for images of the packages, I have already started an investigation with them so hopefully the more people who complain or ring them the quicker this can be resolved. Next step is to write a letter to the 'company' asking for all your money back. I've drafted a letter which says I intend to pursue them through the small claims court and that I have reported their activities to the Police. Next if you've opened the packages reseal them and take them to a Royal Mail sorting office. Explain what has occurred and ask them to return the package/es to the return address thats printed on your address label. They should do this free of charge especially if you advise them of the problem(this advice I obtained from TNT Post customer services). Royal Mail or your equivalent work with TNT to prevent scammers from continuing to bombard people with stuff they dont want. They will also place a 'stop' on further deliveries from this 'company' to you and start an investigation of their own. I hope this helps but you can get me through Facebook if you need more info, I'm happy to help as I'm also a victim! One other thing you could try is contacting Sky News (this is where I first saw this product advertised) and tell them that an article they ran concerning these products has caused an awful lot of heartache and problems. If they dont know about this they cant do much about getting it put right, also try your local TV complaints program/scam buster program you never know it might just work!
