I keep recieving this call from this company calling themselves a collection debt company imposing as officers and fbi agents in the united states along with threats they will come to my house, and arrest for me a dent i know nothing about ! phone number is 855 599 9500 refernce number was given 505589 and asked them who from and the lady said check into cash which ive never used that company and have contacted them to ask them myself i was not in their sysyem at all. they have accused me of fraudulant activity with my checks in which i never write bad checks .. they seem very professional and i decided to google this and look it up only to see others are going through the same thing as i have I have called them back giving myattornies name and phone number and will see what i can so with this issue as soon as i can get into talk to her, ive filed a complaint with the ftc I was very concerned about a debt that i was suppose to have known about I asked them to explain who this is i owe they get hostile and refuse to tell me who it is as i also got hostile with that person back with this amount owed to someone i do not do buisness with so i called them back and they said you are not to call us here and ask us anything there will be an issue for your arrest.. so is there still a debtors prison ? if you do owe it you would think they would want to tell you who it is that its owed too and how to resolve it without the threats to come to your house and kill your pets ..
