I received a call at 12am and they said it was the us goverment then they said that i qualified for a 10,000 grant but i had to wire them $175.00 via western union i told him why if this is a goverment why would i have to give a donation of $175.00 that was a tip of it being a scam dont send any money via western union you will never get it back
