We paid to be a vendor at a bridal show on August 12th. Upon arrival my partner was told that it was too late (it was about 10 minutes before show start time and since we had no set-up, we didn't think it would be a problem). We accepted the dismissal and I was told by the owner that we could come to a show in October instead. The owner though started telling brides that they wouldn't want someone that was late and that it was tacky and making a scene, all of which was being videoed without permission while my partner returned to his car. Later, we received an email that we were definitely booked for the October show. Then we were told no, it wasn't her show and she couldn't get us in. Then we were told it would be next April, then we were told there wasn't a show in April...and on and on. They change dates on shows at whim and apparently unbeknownst to us were trying to make a reality TV show which explains the scene the owner made. We would have never even tried to be involved if we knew that they were filming for a show. Unprofessional, impossible to get a straight answer from, will take your money without a thought to it and then brag on their FB page about the new car and house they bought. Don't waste your time or money on these two.

  • Seeking Resolution: Other
  • At this time, I just want to make others aware of the practices of this company. I have already contacted a lawyer about it mostly over the scene they created and the video without our permission. I may ask for further service at a later date. I would love for the other complainants of this company to have my email [email protected], because we might get enough to go together on a class suit.
