I ordered a LifeProof Waterproof case for my iPhone on 11/11 and received a confirmation from BlueOutlet on 11/12. I then received another email on 11/17 saying my order shipped out and gave a tracking number through USPS. The status on the tracking number has not changed since 11/18 and I still have not received my product. When I send an email to their order inquiry link it just shoots back an auto response that is no help. When I put in my order number to track it through BlueOutlet's system it says they cannot even locate my order. I have called a few times with the same voice mail and no call back multiple times.
