I had been searching for an online business to supplement my social security. I obtained my LLC status from my state as well as my EIN# so I could conduct an online business. I wanted a web store for home decor. I was contacted by Global Web Exchange with a proposal to launch my website and set up links to advertise my business. I thought I researched the company well but did not see any complaints at that time. I invested $2500 (on credit card) to employ this company for it's services. I have not received any other communication from them or any type of services. I have tried calling their 800# many times. I have sent dozens of messages to their support help e-mail address. I want my money back. I need help; I will contact my attorney about this but I wanted to file a complaint first.
