Ordered a coat from what I thought was a North Face website. I put in my credit card information and received a confirmation email. I never received any other shipping conformation or anything like that. The email stated to complain at sitecomplaint.com but it would not let you sumbit a complaint. It told you to email [email protected] which I did and have gotten nothing in response.
