I too signed up for justhookup.com yesterday, became pretty sceptical about their service today so googled reviews of the company and found this forum. I earlier messaged the support team saying I wasn't satisfied with the service and would like a refund, otherwise I would just cancel the credit card payment. I have since received a response saying they have issued a full refund and have closed my account. I would know for a week or so if the refund goes through, but it might be worth trying the same for anyone else who feels scammed by them.
