I ordered the trial of two products and after ordering immediately cancelled my order when I saw how many complaints there were on the company. I was told they will stop any further shipments and offered to pay me back 1/2 of a shipment I never authorized nor received. I called as was told someone would call me back in two hours. They did not call me back. I spoke with a company representative who said if I could not prove I cancelled the order then they could only offer a 50% refund. I took the refund because I needed the money but will put a complaint in with my bank, the fraud department, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. I now understand this is a free trial period not free trial product. I actually can't believe Dr. Oz recommends this company.
