The scammer make an unnecessary sudden break or/and reverse driving with old damaged car and the companied scammer car make sure there is no car behind me. The scammer repair shop pretend to be a debt collector send me the repair quote from the same with different name repair shop and demand money after 2 weeks. It is a minor collision and I admit the liability. I tried to get another quote sending an independent assessor but the scammer don't allow any. The entitled 3 quotes is just ideal hope as it is not in the law. So there is no proper assessment I can make at all and it means no proof in this case. It is under $10,000 so it belong to the small claim and the legal advice say if I can not pay the cost the scammer ask, I can not afford a lawyer and no strong evidence. And they can sue me for 6 years. Ironically the car was supposed to be fixed in 6 weeks after the accident and after that, there is absolutely no way I can do to get the chance of getting an fair assessment. So scammers know very well what they are doing. They are professionals!! The scammer's car is now unregistered as they got the payment. There is no law can help this kind of victim here as I can not prove that they are fraud unless I hire a detective and an excellent lawyer costing lots of money to investigate it properly. This staged accident will keep going on unless the law would be changed and lawyers and the court would aware of it.
