I ordered from buypuregreencoffee.com.
This website was attached to one of Dr. Oz you tube promotions. I ordered three months worth plus a bottle of Saffaran extract. I received an email notification with only the pure green coffee logo.... I was unable to find the website again and had no way of contacting them.
When my products arrived there was no packing slip. The phone number on the bottle (888-497-6012) is a nonworking number. The www.Questlabs.net email on the bottle is definately a fake website.
The only way I found a number for customer service was by finding your site and reading other peoples posts. Thank you!!

They stated they would refund the unopened bottles if I mailed them back to:

They did assure me the product was genuine but could not answer any of my questions about it's authenticity.
I did receive a call after my purchase wanting me to verify my credit card for bonus products. I did refuse thank goodness.

- Good morning. The lady I spoke with told me to not worry about sending it certified just having a tracking number was good enough but I am sending it certified return receipt requested so I have the person who received it. She assured me a refund within 3-4 days of receipt. I paid the same as you so I felt bad that all of us got duped. I too ordered because of the recommendation from Dr. Oz's show. Lesson to be learned dont believe everything you see or hear. Happy Holidays and I do pray that everyone gets their refunds!

- Oh I just re read your post and was concerned because I didnt see that you had an RMA# required to receive a refund. I received mine over the phone and email. I just want a refund and to be done with it!

I did receive a full refund thanks to scam book !! Funny though , when I got my email stating I got a full refund, it said, " for questions call our customer service dept." but again, no number or return email to contact anyone!!!
