I never signed up for membership, but i do keep a UK bank account open, just for emergencies. I don't know how this company got hold of my bank details and took this money out of my bank without my authorization, but i never signed up for this at all, and ask for them to cancel my membership and to stop taking money out of my bank account, as i never authorized this in the first place, and i asked to be reimbursed for the money that they took out of my bank account without my authorization. I am no longer a UK citizen, but i do have joint USA/UK citizen, and I don't know how they got hold of my bank and debit card details, but i want this money repaid forthwith.

The Company replied and refused to pay any money back into my bank account, and refused to reply except with standard email, and never listened, and will not pay money back to my account
