I believe this is a scam targeting mainly senior citizens whom are mostly on fixed incomes. The give you a window of 2 to 3 days to submit a claim at a cost of $20.00 to be eligble for this "opportunity".
My husband recieved a large white envelope mailed by Pri Air Express, same PO Box as the company sending this notice.
It states that just 72 hours ago, your name was proposed for the chanceto recieve a Prize Agendavalued at over 1.2 MILLION. Hours later, your name was seconded for this limited -issue opportunity.
