I have just contacted the the company and apparently i singed up to their membership when i tried to get a payday loan back in MAY!! so they have taken the fee 4 months later and claimed i agreed to the T&C's. They gave me their address and said i have to send a written letter with my signature, name and address and the last 4 digits of the card that i want to be refunded. Their contact number is 08447049707, the address is PowerMoney.co, 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD, the email is [email protected]. I have also contacted the financial ombudsman....they can't get away with this!
