Also received Express Notice that I had won $2,536,092.23, needed to send them $20.00 by 12/05/12, to receive my winnings. Yeah right, I say take the $20.00 out of my winnings and send me the rest. These people ought to be ashamed of themselves, as bad as people need money. If they are desperate enough they will send it, in the hope that it is true. I say keep your $20.00 in your pocket.
