I got a call from 2025808225 from USA Payday loans approving for me for a $400 loan They wanted to me to go through a credit approval first. So then they stated they $110 and then $189 for activation which was all refundable. However, I never received my money or the loan. They become very irate and refuse to give me money back unless i gave them another 199 but i refuse and they hung on me.
