SCAM! I also got a text that informed me that my entra last month has WON! "Go to Targetwinner.com and enter your winning code... to claim your free $1,000 Target gift card." I went to the site and entered the code. The site informs you that their program is independent and "...is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the listed products or retailers." In small print there was a link to "participation details". I went there and the rules tells you that to claim your prize, you have to - essentially - buy 2 things (probably magazines) and buy 4 things and buy 9 things and have 4 friends do the same and then you can claim your prize in 30 days, etc. SCAM!!! I don't think they are affiliated in anyway with the Target store .... but who knows......
