I had a transaction of $2.50 show up on my bank statement on 11/24/12. I phoned my bank and was given a phone number for AMSLTDSUPPORT who initiated the transaction. I phoned the number (877.954.7490) and after 20+ minutes on hold got a voice mail. I phoned back and after another 20+ minutes on hold spoke with a George Moore who stated that they were just a third party biller. I believe they are the same Company, just as is 24-7 SUPPORT.COM, which is how the phone was answered today, 12/1/12. George said the charge was from LIFESTYLEDEALSNOW.COM, and he would credit it. He specifically stated that it would take 3 to 5 days.
I called again today, 12/1/12, and the phone was answered 24-7SUPPORT, and I was told that it takes 5 to 7 business days, which will be by Monday, 12/3/12. We'll have to wait and see. I think that I did not receive further charges because I phoned on the same day as the transaction date. The pattern for this Company seems to be a small charge followed by a $39.50 charge. I recommend that you cancel the credit/debit card and put a block on all of the Companies involved.
