My grandmother received a letter in the mail stating that she had won $2,536,092.23 and all she had to do was send in $20 for a transfer fee and the money would be deposited into a bank account that had already been set up in her name.I love how there are no names or contact information to reach this agency and the signature is just some scribble that you can't read. Instead of a typed version of the person's name being below the signature, it just says Director, Winner Notification. I feel so bad for anyone who actually sent money in to these people. With as many complaints that are here, the government needs to do something about this.

- I talked my grandmother into letting me investigate this letter before she sent money but she had already sent money before. She needs to be refunded and so does everyone else that had been scammed. They all need to be compensated more because of the harassment letters and phone calls. My grandmother doesn't have much money anyway and the last thing she needs is for someone to con her out of what little she has. She also suffers from Dementia and other health conditions that many others on here suffer from and they should be paid as well.
