I just recieved a text from 612-749-7065 stating "Your entry last month has WON! Go to https://TargetsWinners.com and enter code to claim your free $1000Target Gift Card within 24 hours! There was no such website and I don't know how they got my phone number. Is there any way I can make tem stop texting so they dn't run my bill up? Thank you. Kate W

- Check with your carrier about blocking numbers. But from reading the complaints, this company uses several phone numbers. They don't need to really get your phone number, they use a computer to run through phone numbers in numerical order, they can run thousands in a day.
