I made a small purchase at a local FYI store for $17.17. Ever since, there has been a recurrent charge of $11.99 every month on my debit card that I did not sign up for nor authorize. When I called the company 1-877-351-2131, all they could do was cancel my membership and told me to fax 1-800-964-8115 to ask for my $96 refund for the unauthorized debit charges.
