I, too, saw the ad for Dr Oz's weight loss pill. Just like others I have read, Quest Labs came up seemingly like a business that was endorsed by Dr Oz. I called them at 888-932-8237 and talked with an actual person. I had ordered on Nov 18 and finally received them on Nov 30. I asked if this was a scam and she didn't quite answer. I knew I was out my $120. I'll try calling this number to see if their "money-back guarantee" that was advertised is true. I feel so duped and now they have my bank number!
